Barkan Goniotomy Knives are incredible ophthalmological instruments used in glaucoma operations, specifically for glaucoma infantile. The knives help remove the obstructions of aqueous humor free flow into the Schlemm of the eye. It is mainly done under gonioscopy for anterior chamber angle direct observation. Overall instrument length is 4 1/2" and features a unique long tip for easy manipulation. The body of the instrument is made of 100% medical-grade stainless steel. This metal keeps it lightweight and rustproof. The instrument is reusable after sterilization.
