D'errico Perforator and Enlarging Burrs are designed to be used for neurosurgery procedures. This is cylinder, solid, and made from stainless material. It features a beveled tip and a U-shaped cutting edge mounted inside the other end, so they rotated together when stimulated. The stainless body is solid with a narrow stem that fits into the electric drill or brace. The diameter is 16mm.
