GerMedUSA warrants that all surgical instruments bearing the GerMedUSA mark, whether stamped, engraved, or laser-etched, are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Under this warranty, GerMedUSA will repair or replace any product that is found to be defective in materials or artistry, at the company’s discretion. If repair is not feasible, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost, provided the issue falls within the applicable warranty period and usage guidelines.

We believe in worry-free ownership. If any of our instruments malfunctions or fails during the valid warranty period, we will repair or replace it. No extra charges will apply if the claim is made within 30 days of issue detection.
